Main Preparation of Water and Gas Pipeline

1. This test bench is equipped with high and low pressure medium water pumps. The low pressure pump is a vortex self-priming pump with large flow of water pressure. The full load pressure of the low pressure pump is 0-1.6Mpa. The power source of the high pressure pump is 4-7bar reciprocating pressure of the air pressure system. The pressure value of the high pressure pump is 1.6-15.0Mpa. The butterfly valve tested reaches the test pressure value and has an automatic stop function. The circulating storage medium water tank at the bottom of the machine is filled with anti rust agent (powder) to prevent the tested valve and pipeline check valve from rusting and corrosion. This test bench is the most ideal equipment for water conservation and environmental protection.

2. The left and right sides of the water and gas pipeline are designed with one-way pressure inlet and relief, and the sound and light alarm is given when the design pressure holding time expires.

1. High pressure water pump: Shenzhen Jiali Pneumatic Hydraulic Co., Ltd. (gas driven liquid booster pump);

2. Low pressure water pump: Zhejiang Aolong Technology Development Co., Ltd;

3. Electrical appliances: Delixi, Chint;

4. Pressure gauge: shockproof pressure gauge of China Rielda Group;

5. Seals: O-ring is imported from Taiwan, and cylinder seals are imported from Taiwan's Steffel TPU;

6. Hydraulic components: Shanghai Huadao Hydraulic Co., Ltd./Ningbo Youkun;

7. Oil pump motor: China Dasu Motor Co., Ltd;

8. Hydraulic oil pump: Xianju Hongtai Pump Co., Ltd;

9. The piston rod is made of 40Cr material and quenched and tempered. The hardness is HRC28~32 and the surface is chrome plated;

10. Hydraulic cylinder material: Q35 seamless steel pipe processing;

11. Water pipe control valve: soft seal needle valve;

12. Hydraulic manifold block, pickling and decontamination treatment;

13. Acid cleaning and decontamination treatment of hydraulic pipeline and water pipeline;
