YFJ-D600 Type Hydraulic Butterfly Valve Test Bench

YFJ-D600 type hydraulic butterfly valve test bench is based on our years of production of valve testing equipment technology in strict accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system for management and production. Products meet GB/T13927-2008 "Universal valve pressure test", GB/T26480-2011 "valve test and inspection" and AP1598 American standard and other relevant standards.

echnical Parameter of Equipment

1. Test butterfly valve type: straight flange type or wafer type butterfly valve;

2. Clamping method: Clamping jaws clamp the opposite side of the flange. The clamping force is adjustable and the influence of external force is minimal.

3. Sealing mode of butterfly valve and blind plate: O-ring seal on the end face to observe the leakage position.

4. Pressure test medium: water or 4-7bar low pressure air (air or nitrogen).

5. Test items completed: 1.5 times nominal pressure water pressure shell test, 1.1 times nominal pressure high pressure water seal test; 4-7bar low pressure air seal test.
