1. Adopt intelligent hydraulic servo control technology, pulse pressure waveform, pulse number, medium temperature and ambient temperature can be set arbitrarily within the controllable range;

2. Test frequency: 0.1 ~ 5Hz;

3. Test waveform: trapezoidal wave, sine wave, triangle wave, sawtooth wave, etc .;

4. Waveform accuracy: the control accuracy of the waveform can reach 2%, and the measurement accuracy can reach 0.25%;

5. Pulse times: 0 ~ 1 million times;

6. The control software can store and extract the test project files and test process data from the location specified by the computer;

7. Water cooling method is adopted, and the test system is equipped with exhaust device, which can effectively exclude the gas in the test piece;

Features:

1. Perform pressure fatigue tests on various hoses, hoses, etc. The pulse waveform can be trapezoidal wave, sine wave, triangle wave, etc;

2. The hydraulic system is used, and any pressure can be set within the range according to the needs and the pressure pulse frequency can be set arbitrarily within the frequency range;

3. Using NI acquisition card and Labview software, it has the functions of dynamic display and automatic recording and saving of test times, temperature, pressure, and test waveforms, which is convenient for query and print output

4. You can freely set the number of running cycles during the test. When the requirements are reached, you can automatically stop the test and complete the task alarm buzzer;

5. During the test, if there is a leak or the pressure is too high, it can automatically stop and display the cause of the failure;

6. With the following safety devices: door open alarm, low medium liquid level, low system liquid level, system over (low) temperature, oil filter clogging, automatic shutdown and alarm in case of failure

7. The test bench is equipped with an emergency button, and the test can be stopped immediately if an accident occurs.
