MLPS-EB-30/E-C computer-controlled simulated deep-sea water pressure test machine is a gas-liquid pressurization test device, which performs a sealing test on the workpiece through the pressurized medium water. This device is a new type of pressure test device developed by our company based on the working principle of the gas-liquid pressurization device introduced from abroad and combined with actual conditions.

2. Equipment Features
This equipment uses compressed air as the driving source, and pressurizes the medium water through the gas-liquid booster pump. The equipment is designed with split modules, and according to the function, it includes two parts: the operating electric control box and the test station test bench box. The equipment has a single test station, hydraulic clamping and pressure holding test, and the hydraulic clamping pressure is adjustable. The test is completed and the test fails. The equipment pressure sensor feedback, PLC+ industrial computer control, adjustable test pressure, and test time can be set by yourself. The test pressure is set by the computer industrial computer, and the electric proportional valve reduces the pressure to control the driving gas pressure, and then the required test pressure is obtained for air tightness test. Therefore, it has the characteristics of high degree of automation, adjustable output pressure, simple operation, reliable performance, and wide range of application.
3. Application
1. Used to simulate the high pressure conditions of the test piece in the deep sea environment to verify and test the performance and reliability of deep sea instruments under extreme pressure, including internal and external pressure sealing performance tests.
2. Pressure test range: external pressure 0.3-2MPa/internal pressure 0.3-30MPa.
3. Used for air tightness test with water as the test medium.
