1. Working principle of emergency shut-off valve of oil tank truck
The tank truck emergency shut-off valve test bench is used to perform shell pressure resistance test, air tightness test, over-current test and emergency shut-off test on the emergency shut-off valve through a gas-liquid booster device. This device is a new type of pressure test device developed by our company based on the working principle of the gas-liquid booster device imported from abroad and combined with actual conditions.
2. Equipment Features
It uses compressed air as the power source, and the output gas pressure and liquid pressure are proportional to the driving gas source pressure. Through the proportional valve control, the gas pressure proportional growth is achieved to generate a pressure curve. The workpiece is clamped and sealed by the hydraulic clamping device, so as to achieve the test of the workpiece. It has the characteristics of explosion-proof, adjustable output pressure , small size, light weight, simple operation, reliable performance, and wide application range. It is suitable for DN25, DN50, DN80 It is suitable for testing emergency shut-off valves of different calibers . It is also suitable for testing tools in scientific research and inspection departments.
