Scope of application

It is suitable for the performance test of direct load type and pilot type safety valve, such as setting pressure, return pressure and sealing performance

Maximum diameter: DN400mm; -- The design principle of the equipment is advanced. The pneumatic liquid pressurization is used as the clamping pressure source,and the pneumatic gas booster pump is used as the test pressure source. The equipment is equipped with a gas cylinder which can be tested continuously; -- The test pressure is adjustable and the pressure rise is stable. -- Clamping pressure source and test pressure source can be imported from USA or Germany, with wide output pressure range. -- All manual high-pressure valves,pipe fittings and joints are imported products to ensure pressure level, safety and reliability, and suitable for most gas and liquid media. -- Maximum test pressure: 60MPa; -- Pressure detection accuracy: class 0.4 pressure gauge (higher accuracy optional)； -- Test medium: nitrogen, compressed air or clean water (can be designed and produced for both gas and liquid).
