This product is mainly used in gas tank manufacturers, gas tank inspection stations and fire departments to carry out hydraulic pressure testing on mobile gas tanks, including hydrostatic pressure tests on gas tanks and residual deformation of gas tanks.
In the cylinder inspection project, the hydrostatic pressure inspection of the cylinder and the residual deformation of the cylinder are the two most important inspection items. «GB13004-1999» Periodic Inspection and Evaluation of Steel Seamless gas tanks »stipulates that after high-pressure gas tanks undergo a hydrostatic inspection of the cylinders, the residual deformation of the cylinders must be inspected. If the residual deformation of the tested cylinder exceeds the specified value, the cylinder shall still be judged as unacceptable even if the hydrostatic pressure inspection of the cylinder is satisfactory. There are two test methods, one is the internal test method, and the other is the external method. National standards recommend the priority outside method. When the external method is used to measure the residual deformation, it is not necessary to calculate the amount of water compression and the deformation of the pipeline, which is convenient to operate and has high measurement accuracy.
