MHV-B300-S hydraulic valve test bench is based on our company's many years of production valve testing equipment technology, and is managed and produced in strict accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system. The products meet relevant standards such as GB/T13927-2008 "General Valve Pressure Test", GB/T26480-2011 "Valve Test and Inspection" and AP1598 American Standard.

The main technical parameters


1. Test valve type: straight through flange gate valve, ball valve, globe valve, check valve.
2. Clamping method: the clamping jaws clamp the back of the flange, and there is no external force on the
  valve body.
3. Valve and blind plate sealing method: O-ring seal on the end face, which can observe the leakage position.
4. Pressure test medium: water or 4-7bar low pressure gas (air or nitrogen).
5. Completed test items: 1.5 times the nominal pressure shell test, 1.1 times the nominal pressure high pressure
  liquid sealing test; 4-7bar low pressure air tightness test.
6. Test range: DN50-300, see the pressure test range table.
7. Test valve structure length: 203-750mm.
8. Test valve flange diameter: ∅190-520mm.
9. Test valve flange thickness: 20-83mm.
10. The right working plate can be turned 90°, and the left moving frame can be moved left and right.
11. Working disc spacing: 250-1100mm.
12. Left and right clamping cylinders: 3X∅140mm.
13. Maximum clamping force: 100 tons.
14. The data acquisition software is LABVEIW program, the pressure sensor adopts German IFM, and the
   acquisition card adopts American NI.
