Product description
MHX-3-C respirator comprehensive detector is an automatic respirator comprehensive detector controlled by computer. It is used to measure the comprehensive performance of air breathing apparatus and other types of respiratory protection devices. It is suitable for the comprehensive testing and evaluation of respirator product performance in the inspection and maintenance station of fire forces, respiratory protection product testing institutions and respirator manufacturers.
Structure and working principle
MHX-3-C respirator comprehensive detector is composed of test head mold, artificial lung, computer, printer and high pressure main pipe.
1. Test head mold
The test head mold is used to wear respirator mask when testing. The experimental head form was installed on the top of the artificial lung.
MHX-3-C respirator comprehensive detector can only be used to test full face respirator, not directly to test half mask respirator. Because the half mask can not cover the sampling port on the left eye of the test head mold, the pressure in the mask during breathing cannot be obtained
There are two configurations of the test die, one is domestic die, the other is imported from Canada, which can be selected according to the demand.
2. Artificial lung
The artificial lung has a shell. There is a power indicator and a power switch on the shell panel, which is used to connect the internal power supply. There is a power interface at the back of the shell for connecting to 220 V power supply. There is a data input / output interface (USB) and a high voltage interface on the left side of the back of the enclosure.
3. Computer
There is a special subdirectory in the computer of MHX-3-C respirator comprehensive detector, which contains the special operation software of MHX-3-C respirator comprehensive detector. Users cannot modify or delete the directory and the files in the directory arbitrarily. The computer can also be used as an ordinary computer when it is not tested. The operation software of MHX-3-C respirator comprehensive detector adopts full Chinese interface, and the measurement unit adopts international system of units. The user can communicate with the detector completely in Chinese environment, and print the Chinese test report.
4. Printer (optional)
The printer is used to print the report of the test results. The printer is connected with the computer. The test results of MHX-3-C respirator comprehensive detector can be printed on the printer.
5. High pressure main pipe
The high-pressure main pipe is used in the rapid test mode. One end of the high-pressure main pipe is connected to the high-pressure interface behind the detector, the other end is connected with the input port of the pressure reducer of the respirator under test, and the other end is connected with the air source. The air source can be the gas cylinder of the respirator or or other air sources.
Work quota
The work quota is the amount of air exhaled or inhaled each time in the artificial lung. According to the standards of gb16556 and ga124-2013, MHX-3-C respirator comprehensive detector has three different working quotas to choose from
(1) National standard work quota 40 L / min
(2) International standard work quota 50 L / min
(3) International maximum working quota 100 L / min
The above three kinds of work quota are listed in the instruction menu of the operation software. After selecting the work quota according to your needs, the artificial lung will work according to the selected work quota.
