1. Preparation station module
The preparation station module includes a water chiller, a cold water tank, a cooling tank, a CO2-specific gas-liquid booster pump, etc. The main function of the preparation station is to liquefy the CO2 in the gas cylinder and ensure that the CO2 is liquid at low temperature. Then it is pressurized by a booster pump.
The equipment covers an area of about 2.4*2.1*1.75 meters
Equipment power: 10KW
Gas consumption: 1m3/minute compressed air.
Design pressure resistance: 12MPa before the booster pump and 45MPa after the booster pump.
2. Extraction and separation module
The extraction and separation module includes extraction reactor, separation tank, heating water tank, equipment operation box, control valve, pressure gauge, etc. The main function of the extraction and separation module is to heat CO2 to a supercritical state and pressurize it. The raw materials are extracted by long-term immersion in supercritical CO2 in the reactor. The extracted CO2 enters the separation tank, and the extracted essence is separated from the CO2 through pressure and temperature changes. Thus, the extraction of the raw materials is completed.
The equipment covers an area of about: 3.6 (2.8 equipment + 0.8 ladder) * 1.75 * 3 meters

The design pressure resistance of the reactor: 45MPa.
The design pressure resistance of the separation tank: 32MPa.
3. Electric control cabinet module
Electrical control cabinet module, overall temperature control of the equipment, pressure collection integration, and total control of the power switch.
Booster pump start and stop control, etc. The electric control cabinet is the main power supply for the equipment, and the electric control cabinet is divided into the preparation station module
and the extraction and separation module.
The equipment covers an area of about: 0.8*1.25*1.85 meters
Electrical control cabinet power supply: 52KW
Gas consumption: There is no gas consumption in the electric control cabinet.
The maximum total power consumption of the equipment is 52KW, and the maximum total compressed air consumption is 2.5m3/minute.
The maximum operating pressure of the equipment is 42MPa, and the extraction medium CO2 is provided by the customer.
