MHX-3-C comprehensive respirator detector is a computer-controlled automatic comprehensive respirator detector. It is used to determine the comprehensive performance of air respirators and other types of respiratory protection devices. It is suitable for the comprehensive inspection and evaluation of the performance of respirator products by respirator inspection and maintenance stations, respiratory protection product inspection agencies, and respirator manufacturers.
Construction and working principle:
MHX-3-C comprehensive respirator detector consists of test head mold, artificial lung, computer, printer and high-pressure manifold.
1. Test head mold
The test head mold is used to wear a respirator mask to be tested during the test. The test head mold is mounted on the artificial lung cap.
MHX-3-C type respirator comprehensive tester can only be used to test full-face respirators, not directly to test half-mask respirators. Because the half mask cannot cover the sampling port on the left eye of the test head mold, the pressure in the mask cannot be obtained during breathing.
There are two configurations of the test head mold, one is a domestic head mold, and the other is a Canadian head mold, which can be selected according to demand.
2. Artificial lung
The artificial lung has a casing, a power indicator and a power switch on the panel of the casing, which are used to power on the machine. There is a power connector on the back of the case for 220V power supply. There is a data input / output interface (USB) and a high-voltage interface on the left side of the back of the case.
3. Computer
There is a special sub-directory in the computer of MHX-3-C type comprehensive respirator detector, and this directory contains the special operation software of MHX-3-C type comprehensive respirator detector. The user cannot modify or delete the directory and the files in the directory at will. When the computer is not tested, it can also be used as an ordinary computer.
The operating software used in the MHX-3-C comprehensive respirator detector adopts a full Chinese interface, and the unit of measurement adopts the international unit system. The user communicates with the tester completely in the Chinese environment and prints a Chinese test report.
4. Printer (optional)
The printer is used to print the report of the test results. The printer is connected to a computer. The test results of the MHX-3-C comprehensive respirator can be printed on the printer.
5. High-pressure manifold
The high-pressure manifold is used in the fast test mode. One end of the high-pressure manifold is connected to the high-pressure interface on the back of the detector, the other end is connected to the pressure reducer input port of the breather being tested, and one end is connected to an air source. The air source can be Breather Bottle or other gas source.
Work quota
The working quota is the amount of air exhaled or inhaled in the artificial lung at a time. The MHX-3-C comprehensive respirator has 3 different working quotas to choose from:
(1) National standard work quota of 40 liters / min
(2) International standard work quota 50 liters / min
(3) International maximum work quota of 100 liters / min
The above three work quotas are listed in the instruction menu of the operating software. After selecting the work quota according to your needs, the artificial lung will work according to the selected work quota.
