Pressure Gauge Fatigue Testing Bench

Pressure Gauge Fatigue Testing Bench for pressure gauge is used for pressure pulse fatigue test. It aims to test the fatigue life and fatigue reaction of the pressure gauges, i.e., to test the stability and precision of the pressure gauges.

The high pressure gas source which is prepared by users themselves or outputted by the equipped pressurization system is used for gas fatigue test. According to what is needed, the pressure of the high pressure gas source is regulated by the high pressure reducer through a certain proportion and is outputted stably. After reaching the needed pressure, the system will unload automatically. Then the system is pressurized repeatedly and tests the pressure gauge cyclically. The system won’t stop until it reaches the set times. So it has the characteristics of high automation, adjustable output pressure, simple operation, reliable performance, etc.

• Number of the test pieces: designed according to customers’ requirements; each pressure gauge can be controlled separately and is equipped with special quick connector.

• Single circulating time: Maximum 1,000,000 times (settable)

• Control mode: computer control; users set the test pressure, pulse times and pulse frequency through the control software programmed by Labview; after reaching the set text times, the machine stops automatically and alarms.
